The PROJECT MANAGER CONSULTANT requires specialized technical knowledge and hands-on experience in steel manufacturing operations, including familiarity with company-specific systems, plant layout optimization, and industrial equipment used in steel processing.
Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of technical training and extensive experience in steel manufacturing or heavy industry
- At least 3 years of direct involvement in steel plant projects, industrial facility setup, or manufacturing system optimizatio
- Prior exposure to specific steel manufacturing technologies, plant systems, and equipment configuration used in similar operations abroad
- Advanced knowledge in industrial project management, plant engineering, and process improvement
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English to support coordination with foreign suppliers and technical partners
