What You’ll Do
- Guide Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, providing thoughtful guidance on policies and workplace inquiries.
- Manage the Talent Lifecycle: Coordinate the complete employee journey from recruitment and welcoming onboarding to respectful offboarding.
- Administer Benefits & Compensation: Oversee the day-to-day management of employee benefits, leave requests, and payroll support.
- Support Performance & Growth: Facilitate performance review cycles and help organize team learning and development initiatives.
- Maintain Operations & Compliance: Keep accurate, secure employee records and ensure our practices align with current labor laws.
- Keep Growing: Attend ongoing training to stay updated on emerging workplace trends and people operations best practices.
- Experience across core HR functions like employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.
- Practical knowledge of basic labor laws, compliance standards, and modern HR practices.
- Proficiency with digital record-keeping, spreadsheets, and confidential data management.
