DIRECTLY REPORTS TO: Branch Manager
Rebel Bakehouse is looking for a PANTRY CHEF / LINE COOK for Manila branch with the following responsibilities:
- Decorate sandwiches with attention to detail, ensuring aesthetic appeal.
- Prepare Ingredients, assemble, and package sandwiches according to customer requests and menu specifications.
- Measure and mix ingredients as per recipes, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished products, ensuring items meet both company and health standards.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of all ingredients, maintaining strict adherence to health and safety standards.
- Assist in the management of stock, including proper storage of ingredients and ordering supplies as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure products are delivered in a timely manner and ensure seamless service.
- Contribute to the overall customer experience by providing fresh and high-quality goods for display and sale.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Willing to be rotated in Makati, Quezon City, and Baguio City branches in the future.
