Line Cook

About the role

Sala Bistro Restaurant is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen family. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. This full-time position will be based in our restaurant located in Makati City, Metro Manila.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our restaurant's recipes and standards
• Ensure all food items are prepared and presented in a timely and visually appealing manner
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient work station
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless dining experience for our guests
• Participate in menu development and testing new recipes

• 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods and kitchen operations
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
• Passionate about food and committed to providing an outstanding dining experience
