This job is for Ayala Malls Abreeza in Davao City.
As Operations Assistant – Admin, you will report directly to the Mall General Manager, and you will play a key role in supporting various functions including Human Resources, Procurement, and Sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides day-to-day admin support, office management, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Assists the GM in aligning team efforts with mall objectives
- Support HR by facilitating interviews, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Helps ensure procurement processes are implemented
- Monitors office supplies, admin budget, and process payments in SAP/ESAS
- Leads and documents sustainability efforts and reports
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must be good in handling Microsoft Office and other business-related applications
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, customer-oriented, and a team player
