This job is for Ayala Malls Abreeza in Davao City.

As Operations Assistant – Admin, you will report directly to the Mall General Manager, and you will play a key role in supporting various functions including Human Resources, Procurement, and Sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provides day-to-day admin support, office management, scheduling, and travel arrangements
  2. Assists the GM in aligning team efforts with mall objectives
  3. Support HR by facilitating interviews, onboarding, and employee engagement
  4. Helps ensure procurement processes are implemented
  5. Monitors office supplies, admin budget, and process payments in SAP/ESAS
  6. Leads and documents sustainability efforts and reports
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Must be good in handling Microsoft Office and other business-related applications
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, customer-oriented, and a team player
