Riverbed Network Support Engineer

E-TEAMS Workforce Private Corp. is looking for a Riverbed Network Support Engineer to support and optimize enterprise network applications and WAN performance. In this role, you'll manage Riverbed SteelHead environments, monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and efficient network operations.

• Configure, support, and maintain Riverbed SteelHead and RIOS environments.
• Monitor and optimize WAN performance to improve application delivery and network efficiency.
• Design, deploy, and support Cisco routing and switching solutions across LAN, WAN, and data center environments.
• Monitor network health using tools such as SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, and The Dude.
• Troubleshoot network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve performance issues.
• Manage incidents, problems, and change requests using ServiceNow.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure stable and secure network services.
• Participate in on-call support and regular maintenance activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in network support, WAN optimization, or application support.
• Hands-on experience with Riverbed SteelHead, RIOS, and Riverbed WAN Optimizer.
• Experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, or The Dude.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
