Kinaxis Application Support Engineer
E-TEAMS Workforce Private Corp. is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer with expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse and supply chain planning. In this role, you'll support, enhance, and optimize Kinaxis solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable planning capabilities for enterprise operations.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate business requirements related to upstream supply chain planning.
- Configure, support, and optimize solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Design and recommend solution options based on business needs.
- Lead solution design reviews, pilot implementations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) activities.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to enhance Kinaxis capabilities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain planning solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Application Support, preferably supporting Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Strong background in Supply Chain Planning.
- Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical designs.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of data modeling and advanced analytics concepts.
- Experience in data center or capital industry planning is an advantage.
