Job Summary:

The role involves managing and administering employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field work and occasional reporting to our Pasig office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs including payroll coordination, government-mandated benefits, and company perks.
  • Ensure timely processing of employee benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and HMO.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compensation and benefits.
  • Assist in audits and compliance checks related to payroll and benefits.
  • Coordinate with external providers and government agencies as needed.
  • Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement and retention.
  • Conduct field work as required, including site visits and employee consultations.
  • Prepare reports and analysis for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits or general HR.
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to do field work and report to Pasig office occasionally.
