Coordinating with department heads for manpower needs.
Onboarding and orienting new employees.- Employee Records and Documentation
Keeping 201 files (official employee records).
Maintaining updated contracts, company policies, and government-mandated forms.- Compensation and Benefits
Processing payroll (or coordinating with accounting/payroll provider).
Ensuring proper deductions for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR.
Managing employee benefits, incentives, and allowances.- Labor Law Compliance
Ensuring the company follows the Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations.
Filing and reporting required documents (e.g., ERN, Rule 1020 registration, workplace safety requirements).
Handling compliance audits and inspections.- Employee Relations
Handling grievances, complaints, and disciplinary actions.
Promoting healthy work culture and conflict resolution.
Facilitating company events, recognition programs, and engagement activities.- Training and Development
Identifying training needs and organizing seminars or workshops.
Developing skills improvement programs for employees.
Assisting with career development and succession planning.- Performance Management
Implementing appraisal systems and KPI tracking.
Coaching and counseling employees for improvement.
Coordinating promotions, salary increases, or corrective actions.- Workplace Safety and Health
Coordinating with the Safety Officer to ensure compliance with OSH standards.
Implementing wellness programs.
Reporting workplace accidents and assisting in preventive measures.- Separation and Exit Management
Processing resignations, retirements, or terminations.
Conducting exit interviews.
Ensuring proper clearance and release of final pay.
Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:
- Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or any related field.
A master’s degree or additional HR certifications (not required, but an advantage).- Work Experience
Typically 1-2 years of experience in HR functions (recruitment, payroll, training, employee relations).
Experience with Philippine labor laws and DOLE compliance is highly preferred.- Knowledge and Skills
Strong knowledge of the Labor Code of the Philippines.
Familiarity with government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), MS Office, and payroll systems.
Good grasp of recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement.- Key Competencies

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
High level of confidentiality and integrity.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.- Certifications (Optional but Advantageous)
Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) – PMAP or HR organizations in PH.
OSH Training (Occupational Safety and Health) from DOLE-accredited trainers.
Training in payroll, labor relations, or talent management.
