About the role

NYGC Services, Inc. is seeking a talented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. As a full-time Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising our accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely customer payments and maintaining healthy cash flow for the business.

What you'll be doing
  1. Reviewing and processing customer invoices and statements to ensure accurate and timely billing
  2. Following up with customers on overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, and escalating delinquent accounts as needed
  3. Maintaining detailed records of all accounts receivable activities and generating reports for management
  4. Identifying and resolving billing discrepancies and customer disputes
  5. Collaborating with the sales and finance teams to improve invoicing and collections processes
  6. Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the accounts receivable lifecycle
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control, preferably in the Accounting or Finance industry
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers
  4. Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  5. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental and organisational goals
