Accounts Receivable Analyst
About the role
NYGC Services, Inc. is seeking a talented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. As a full-time Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising our accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely customer payments and maintaining healthy cash flow for the business.
What you'll be doing- Reviewing and processing customer invoices and statements to ensure accurate and timely billing
- Following up with customers on overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, and escalating delinquent accounts as needed
- Maintaining detailed records of all accounts receivable activities and generating reports for management
- Identifying and resolving billing discrepancies and customer disputes
- Collaborating with the sales and finance teams to improve invoicing and collections processes
- Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the accounts receivable lifecycle
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control, preferably in the Accounting or Finance industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers
- Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental and organisational goals
