Accounts receivable staff

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting overall accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record incoming payments from clients/customers
- Prepare and issue invoices, statements of account, and official receipts
- Follow up on outstanding balances and ensure timely collections
- Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and updated customer billing records
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing concerns
- Assist in preparing reports related to receivables and collections
- Support general accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
- Experience in accounts receivable is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting systems
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
