About the role

NYGC Services, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead for our Accounts Receivable department. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Accounts Receivable specialists, ensuring the efficient and timely collection of outstanding payments.

This is a full-time role based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing
  1. Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the Accounts Receivable team
  2. Assign and monitor tasks to ensure deadlines are met and productivity targets are achieved
  3. Provide training, guidance and support to team members to develop their skills and knowledge
  4. Analyse and interpret financial data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and resolution of outstanding payments
  6. Implement and maintain policies and procedures to streamline Accounts Receivable processes
  7. Prepare and present reports on team performance, cash flow and collection activities
  8. Identify and escalate any significant concerns or risks to the management team
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
  2. Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and cash application
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team
  4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting using Excel or other financial software
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while ensuring high levels of accuracy
  6. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues
  7. Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements
