Social Media Specialist

JOB PURPOSE

He/She is a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our brand’s online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis to drive audience growth and user engagement.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Office Management or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist and strategize Paid Ads Campaign across all social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Youtube)
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.)
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in photo editing using Adobe editing tools or any similar software.

1. Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
2. Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
3. Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to optimize content strategy.
4. Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
5. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align social media campaigns with overall brand objectives.
6. Implement paid social media campaigns and optimize ad performance.
7. Analyze social media performance data and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
8. Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, new features, and industry best practices.
