Media Reputation Specialist I

The Media Reputation Specialist I provides ongoing online listening and alerting for the client while managing and organizing media monitoring data for accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor online news and social media conversations about the client, its competitors, and the industry,
  • Provide timely alerts to the client of potential reputational risks,
  • Manage and maintain the accuracy and organization media monitoring data, ensuring proper categorization, tagging, and storage for efficient analysis to support reputation management initiatives,
  • Deliver end-of-day listening activity reports and facilitate calls to ensure seamless shift handovers,
  • Assist in gathering relevant data for reputation analysis and monthly reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client objectives,
  • Regularly collaborate with the Paris Reputation Management Team,
  • Ensure the accurate and up-to-date management of internal trackers by regularly updating data,
  • Coordinate with Lead and escalate issues according to a predefined process,
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Literature, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field,
  • Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal,
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret diverse information from multiple sources,
  • Excellent report writing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and actionable insights,
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines,
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Docs, Sheets, and Slides,
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed,
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment,
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams,
  • Demonstrates accountability by taking responsibility for actions, decisions, and outcomes,
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality results.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with media monitoring platforms such as Sprinklr, Inclusive, and Storyclash,
  • Experience in copywriting and proofreading,
  • Previous experience collaborating with international clients or foreign counterparts,
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities,
  • Basic knowledge of AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMS) such as ChatGPT to enhance productivity and streamline tasks,
  • Basic knowledge of using JIRA, Confluence, and Slack.

Work set-up and working hours:

  • 10:00 am - 7:00 pm | 2:30pm - 11:30pm PHT Monday to Friday
