KOL Specialist

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or community management—preferably within the iGaming, entertainment, or tech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing influencer or KOL campaigns from strategy to execution.

• Strong knowledge of influencer/KOL platforms (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with KOLs and agencies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
• Creative thinking with a deep understanding of digital trends and audience behavior.
• Familiarity with social media metrics, content engagement KPIs, and influencer campaign tracking tools.

-Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in the iGaming, sports betting, or esports industry is a strong advantage.
• Network of influencers or streamers relevant to the online gaming or betting audience.
• Proficiency in project management tools and influencer marketing platforms (e.g., GRIN, Upfluence, or similar).

• Willingness to work flexible hours to align with campaign timelines or influencer schedules.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams (Marketing, Product, Compliance, etc.).
• Strong ethical standards and understanding of compliance requirements in advertising and promotions within the iGaming industry."
