Finance Specialist

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to support our distributorship operations in Davao. This role will work closely with Finance, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting processes.
Work Setup:
- Location: Davao City
- Work Arrangement: Onsite
- Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday
About the role:
- Review and approve credit orders in line with company policies
- Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and prepare Statements of Account
- Perform inventory reconciliation for truck selling activities
- Process and manage Credit Memos and customer claims
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate records in the accounting system
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams on financial processes
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and internal controls
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or CPA passer with at least 1–2 years experience, OR
- Experienced accountant with 5–8 years accounting experience (CPA not required)
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
