REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- College graduate preferably graduate in Accountancy/Finance or any related course.
- Computer literate in MS Office - excel & PowerPoint.
- With above average analytical skills and of good moral character.
- Willing to work in an extended hours when needed.
- Possesses positive attitude towards work.
- Can handle information with high confidentiality.
- Receives and validates billing from affiliated companies
- Prepares necessary journal entries and other related adjustments
- Ensures completeness of supporting documents and proper charging of accounts per operation/department to minimize variances
- Regularly reconciles and updates affiliates accounts
- Prepares debit memo/credit memo and statement of accounts to affiliates with complete supporting documents.
- Ensures proper maintenance of subsidiary ledgers for fast and easy retrieval of related documents and relevant information
- Prepares the requirement of external auditors during year end audit
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time.
