Core Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop long-term financial strategies, build financial models, and forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual results. Budgeting & Cost Control: Coordinate the annual budgeting process, allocate resources, evaluate prospective investments, and enforce cost-reduction strategies.Financial Reporting: Oversee accounting operations (AP/AR, general ledger), ensure timely closing, and prepare accurate financial statements (e.g., income statements, cash flow forecasts).Compliance & Risk Management: Establish internal controls and ensure all accounting activities comply with financial standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and tax regulations. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and build a high-performing team of accountants and finance professionals
Qualifications/Requirements- CPA is a plus
- Experience relevant to the position
- Assignment: Dacudao, Davao City & Malagamot, Panacan , Davao City
- Rate: Negotiable
