Is currently looking for: JUNIOR DRAFTSMAN

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Drafting Technology, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in CAD and drafting software.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technical detailing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and other technical drawings.
• Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Rendering software's (Lumion, Vray, and Enscape).
• Revise and update drawings based on comments from engineers, architects, and clients.
• Ensure all drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project teams for drawing clarification and technical requirements.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits wen necessary to verify dimensions and actual site conditions.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and shop drawings.
