Draftsman/Draftswoman

• Prepare detailed construction drawings and plans, as per instruction from Senior Architect, using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and other related drafting tools.
• Revise and modify drawings based on technical changes, site conditions, and project requirements as per review by Senior Architect.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams in the preparation of architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
• Review and finalize drafted plans with the direct supervisor, architect, or engineer prior to submission as set by Senior Architect.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of drawings with project specifications and standards.
• Organize and maintain records of drawings, revisions, and technical documents.
• Provide administrative and documentation support to the engineering and project teams, including filing, printing, copying, and document transmission.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting Technology, or any related technical course.
• Experience: Draftsman/Draftswoman or similar role in a construction or engineering environment but not required.
• Skills:
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, technical standards, and drafting procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and mathematical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

JOB TYPE: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM, Saturday 8:00AM-12Noon (paid as whole day)

LOCATION: Mezzanine Floor, North Gate Centre, Gov. M Cuenco ave. Cebu City
