Job Description
MEBS Construction is a growing start-up construction company looking for an experienced and reliable Draftsman / Civil Engineer Graduate who can create accurate floor plans, technical drawings, and 3D perspectives in a fast, efficient, and professional manner.
The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, hardworking, and capable of supporting our design and construction team in preparing plans and presentations for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare floor plans, layouts, and technical drawings.
- Create 3D perspectives and design presentations.
- Revise plans based on client and management feedback.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, organized, and completed on time.
- Assist in preparing design documents for client presentations.
- Graduate of Civil Engineering or related course.
- With experience as a Draftsman or similar role.
- Must be skilled in creating floor plans and 3D perspectives.
- Fast, efficient, accurate, and detail-oriented.
- Knowledgeable in drafting/design software.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work onsite at 11C Avenir, Archbishop Reyes Avenue, Lahug, Cebu City, near IT Park.
Advantage: Applicant who knows how to drive a car and has a valid driver’s license.
