HR Employee Relations Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures the fair implementation of the Code of Discipline of the Company.
- Manages the end to end discipline management process of the Company and ensures all members of the organization support it.
- Receives incident reports, initiates investigation and makes recommendations regarding employee relation issues.
- Maintains employment policies and provides advice on how to resolve employment issues.
- Works closely with their assigned teams and ensures members receive the support needed relating to employee discipline and employee satisfaction management.
- Provides advice and counsel to people managers and their employees regarding human resources practices and employment laws.
- Provides direct assistance for the formulation and implementation of Company policies and procedure and ensure its alignment with the business direction.
- Conducts coaching and counselling sessions and facilitates town halls or skip level meetings.
- Manages exit process of the Company and ensure data that can be extracted from will be used for continuous improvement.
- Works closely with People Managers and Onboarding and HR Generalists to ensure acceptable employee engagement levels across the Company.
- Conducts New Hire Employee Orientation Attends labor proceedings filed by former employees at National Labor Relations Commission and Department of Labor and Employment Champions the continuous improvement initiatives of the Company and drives it success.
Minimum Requirements:
- College Graduate from a reputable university Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Humanities, Legal Management or any related course
- At least 1–3 years of experience in handling Employee Relations
- Competence in managing the Employee Relations process
- Competence in employment laws and compliance
- Knowledge in conducting coaching, counselling, and learning sessions
- Knowledge in Employee Engagement and building data-driven human resources programs.
