Job Description
Oversee daily HR operations and supervise HR team members
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Handle employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and performance management
Support management in developing HR strategies and programs
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field3 to 5 years of HR experience in the hotel industry or related field
Proven experience in supervising and managing HR staff
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledgeable in recruitment, employee relations, labor laws, and HR best practices
