ER/IR Specialist- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Conduct administrative investigations and recommend appropriate actions in line with company policy
- Manage disciplinary processes, including documentation, notices, and due process compliance
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and policy interpretation
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Assist in handling labor cases, hearings, and coordination with legal counsel when necessary
- Develop and implement employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and reports
- Identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve employee experience
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Political Science, or related field
- At least 1 - 2 years experience in Employee Relations (ER) / Industrial Relations (IR)
- Must have an experience in handling administrative and discipline cases, and conducting employee engagement
- Advance written and oral communication skills
