ADMIN ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
- A graduate of Office Administration and Business Administration or any related college degree.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Form)
- Familiar with government offices in Cebu City, Mandaue City and Lapu-Lapu City
- Confident in coordination with government officers
Role and Responsibilities:
- Facilitates and monitors RFP issuances (monthly dues & other requests).
- Facilitates purchased request: office supplies, issuances and monitors
- office supplies consumption and inventory.
- Facilitates and monitors expiration and renewal for all insurances and permits.
- Facilitates renewals for Alien Employment Permits & Visas for expats.
- Assist store concerns (PLDT lines, Credit Card Terminal and others).
- Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time by superior.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:30 AM (Compressed work week)
