Job Description: Need Ink Sales & Services is currently looking for an Admin Assistant to provide high-level administrative and executive support, ensuring efficient office operations, and facilitating effective communication and documentation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive/Chairman/CEO.
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications including emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive office and internal departments.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and executive events.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Draft correspondence, memoranda, and reports for executive review.
- Responsible for maintaining confidential company and management records and files.
- Arranges management meetings and ensures all parties are informed in advance.
- Assist in preparing management reports, board presentations, and strategic documents.
- Handle sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Maintain strict discretion in dealing with executive matters and company information.
- Prepares and sends summary of Delivery Receipts (DR) and collections from nationwide sales personnel.
- Attends meetings and prepares minutes when necessary.
- Handles airline ticket and accommodation bookings for employees and visitors.
- Performs other administrative/executive functions analogous to the foregoing.
Qualifications/Requirements
About You:
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of standard office procedures.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
