Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of the team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
Handle internal and external communications (emails, calls, correspondence)
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
Assist in processing requests such as purchase requests, reimbursements, and documentation
Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment
Support team events, meetings, and engagement activities
Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Finance, Sales, etc.) for operational needs
Ensure accuracy and completeness of records and reports
Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- With or without experience
