Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of a 4-year college course
- Excellent customer service and communication skills both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Flexible to work beyond office hours, weekends and holidays when necessary
- Work experience related to shipping or logistics is a plus
- Willing to work on-site
Job Accountabilities:
- Responsible for handling outbound bookings under Davao origin and AET/AUT/IAT (short haul destinations) trades.
- Responsible for AET/AUT space management which includes space coordination with TIR and traffic team.
- Send advisory to customers for any impediments of shipments under Davao origin and AET/AUT/IAT (short haul destinations) trades.
- Conduct booking clean-up for public feeder vessel within 2 to 3 days before cargo loading cut off time.
- Conduct vessel clean-up for public feeder vessel within 1 working day after vessel departure.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns and requests timely in both calls and emails and within set communication procedures.
- Send public feeder vessel initial and final loading prospect to operations and CSV traffic entrypoint.
- Send container missing event update request to operations for bookings under AET/AUT/IAT (short haul destinations) trades.
- Guide customers on how to place online booking request in My OOCL Center (MOC).
- Overall entry point for sending text blast messages to customers about any changes or updates on vessel schedules and cut offs.
- Contribute to team performance to meet and exceed the set KPIs.
