RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and answer customers' inquiries to hotline, online chat, and website inquiries
- Answer incoming phone call or Facebook message according to script and schedule a sales/service appointment
- Communicate with customers in order to respond promptly to the complaint related to services.
- Advising and consulting about customers' advertising requirements
- Participate in synthesizing, analysing and contributing ideas to improve and develop products and services
- Coordinate with appropriate resource for resolution of urgent concerns
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Protect sensitive information that must not be disclosed to Clients/Non-Clients/Sellers
- This is for Customer Service Hotline
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
- At least 2 Year(s) of working customer service experience in mobile phone industry.
