This role suits someone with previous admin or receptionist experience, ideally within a roofing, trades, construction, or home exterior business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer enquiries and provide receptionist support
  • Gather customer details, including name and street address
  • Log and update information in ServiceM8
  • Manage scheduling and appointments
  • Provide general admin support to the team
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar admin, receptionist, or scheduling role
  • Experience in a roofing, trades, construction, or home exterior business is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience using ServiceM8 (Required)
