Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to oversee and manage inventory accuracy and control systems within the warehouse. The role ensures real-time inventory visibility, minimizes discrepancies, and maintains optimal stock levels in a fast-paced warehouse or cold storage environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and maintain accurate inventory records for all warehouse transactions (receiving, transfers, storage, and dispatch).
• Conduct regular cycle counts and coordinate full physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances, and stock issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate updating of Warehouse Management System (WMS) or manual records.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Operations, Logistics, and Procurement teams regarding stock availability and movements.
• Prepare inventory reports, variance analysis, and audit documentation.
• Ensure proper labeling, binning, and organization of stocks in compliance with warehouse standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and cold chain requirements (if applicable).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse inventory control or supply chain operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse processes.
• Experience in cold storage or temperature-controlled warehouse is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
