Job Summary

The Inventory and Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, warehouse coordination, and logistics operations to ensure efficient product movement and timely deliveries. This role requires strong analytical skills, operational oversight, and leadership capability.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management across warehouse operations
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities with suppliers and transport providers
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to operational standards
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and logistics strategies
• Track delivery schedules and resolve shipment or inventory-related issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational records
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company regulations
• Generate reports on inventory movement, logistics performance, and warehouse efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related course
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in logistics or inventory management
• Strong understanding of inventory control and distribution processes
• Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems
• Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities effectively

• Background in demand planning or supply chain coordination
• Experience in process improvement initiatives
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset
