Full-time, on-site:
(1) Customer Service Operations / Sales Supervisor based in Philippines near Manila. The Customer Service Operations / Sales Supervisor will work on:
- Managing, processing and overseeing daily orders and operations
- Manage sales updates using Google Sheets
- Keeping track of inventory and ensuring sufficient inventories
- Liaise with customers and vendors to ensure smooth running of operations / workflow
- Provide support and problem-solve role to customers
- Perform monthly sales audits to ensure correct entries of data
- Responsible for sending in daily sales and inventory reports
- Attend regular virtual meetings to sync and update on daily updates and recoveries
- Liaise with vendors / supplies
- To attend training or events to continuously improve and optimise work place and business
Qualifications / Criteria:
- Strong interpersonal and multi-lingual communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders effectively
- Experience in Customer Service & Operations Management with a focus on workflow optimization
- Minimum 1 year in Sales Supervisory experience
- Able to work on rotational shifts hours 10am – 10pm
- Excellent Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
- Proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in dynamic environments
- Relevant experience in a similar role is an advantage
