1. Recommends appropriate training for selling personnel
2. Keeps track of attendance of store personnel and prepares Incident Violation Reports when

1. Checks manpower positioning and recommends changes when necessary
2. Supports management initiatives on strict implementation of policies on proper work

1. Prepares reports as required by management
2. Cascades merchandise information, selling strategies and display guidelines to improve their

1. Assists in monitoring store operations metrics and ensures optimum levels are obtained
2. Keeps track of consumption of supplies and electricity and implements cost-effective

1. Fixes displays and replenishes stocks regularly
2. Reports to merchandising department on fast/slow moving items. Reports to buyers problem

1. Implements concepts and directions for window display and item presentation
2. Makes recommendations on layout and fixtures to improve on merchandise visual

1. Ensures all visual display properties are well-maintained and window display is regularly

1. Suggests new items based on customer demand

1. Supervises closely all selling activities by staff. Ensures proper positioning of staff according

1. Recommends specific measures in order to ensure that sales targets are implemented and

1. Monitors implementation of sales strategies and analyzes their effectiveness

• COLLEGE GRADUATE OF ANY 4 YR COURSE w/ minimum 1 yr retail experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
