HRIS Solutions Sales Consultant

We are looking for an HRIS Solutions Consultant who will support both sales and client consulting initiatives by helping companies identify HR and payroll challenges and recommending technology solutions that improve efficiency and employee experience.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy consultative selling, client engagement, business process discussions, and technology-driven solutions.

• Engage with clients to understand HR, payroll, and workforce management challenges
• Present and recommend HRIS solutions aligned with business requirements
• Conduct product demonstrations, discovery meetings, and client presentations
