About the role

Your ability to identify opportunities, engage prospects, and close deals will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious sales targets and expanding our market presence.

1. Identify, prospect, and reach out to potential clients through various channels including phone, email, and in-person meetings
2. Present product and service offerings to prospective customers in a compelling and professional manner
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
4. Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions
5. Negotiate terms and close sales transactions within agreed timeframes
6. Track and maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress
7. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators on a consistent basis
8. Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and execute effective sales strategies
9. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond
10. Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape

1. Proven track record of success in a sales representative or sales consultant role or BPO Outbound Sales, ideally within a fast-paced environment
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse client profiles
3. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities with a customer-centric approach
4. Self-motivated with a competitive drive to achieve and surpass sales targets
5. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple client relationships
6. Proficiency in sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
7. Results-oriented mindset with resilience to handle rejection and maintain positivity
8. Local market knowledge of Quezon City and Metro Manila region is advantageous
9. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and sales strategies
