Qualifications:
- Open to college-level applicants, vocational graduates, and bachelor's degree graduates of any course.
- Experience in direct sales, automotive, banking, insurance, real estate, telecommunications, or any customer-facing industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
- Possesses a valid driver's license (Restriction Codes 1 & 2) is an advantage.
- Willing to work on a six (6)-day workweek.
- Must be willing to be assigned onsite to any of our branches in:
- Metro Manila: Alabang and Las Piñas
- Bicol Region: Camarines Sur and Legazpi, Albay
- Central Visayas: Tagbilaran, Bohol
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell BYD vehicles, products, and value-added services.
- Generate sales through showroom walk-ins, referrals, telemarketing, networking, field selling, and digital platforms.
- Develop, cultivate, and maintain individual, corporate, and institutional accounts through proactive sales activities.
- Sell collateral products and services, including in-house financing, comprehensive insurance, accessories, and rust-proofing.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, product demonstrations, and test drives for prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Attend to showroom inquiries and provide professional assistance during floor duty.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and account updates.
- Facilitate vehicle release by ensuring all documentary requirements are completed and customers receive proper vehicle orientation.
- Assist customers with LTO registration, license plate release, periodic maintenance scheduling, and insurance claims.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by providing excellent after-sales service.
- Promote and uphold the company's professional image and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
