Business Development Specialist
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, building and managing relationships with prospective clients and strategic partners, negotiating and finalizing agreements, and providing insights and support to management.
This position is directly employed under AFC Motors Financing, Inc., an affiliate of Asialink Finance Corporation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focuses on acquiring and growing institutional clients and strategic partnerships outside the Asialink Group.
- Plays a vital role in expanding AFC Motors’ presence in the motorcycle financing industry by establishing relationships with external dealerships, corporate fleets, and business networks.
- Requires a strategic thinker with a strong B2B background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive complex partnership deals from initial pitch to onboarding.
Key Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B business development, institutional sales, or partnership management-preferably in financial services, automotive, or fintech.
- Demonstrated Success in building and closing high-value partnerships and managing long-term client accounts.
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and market research capabilities.
- Proficient in client database (CRM) tools, MS Office, and business proposal development.
