Drive seamless HR operations across recruitment, payroll, and compliance—ensuring accurate, timely, and employee-focused HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment & Hiring
- Conduct background checks via third-party providers
- Issue job offers and manage pre-employment requirements
- Review and validate candidate documents
- Onboarding & HR Administration
- Coordinate onboarding logistics with IT, Admin, and Hiring Managers
- Prepare and explain employment contracts
- Facilitate HRIS, benefits, and government enrollments
- Maintain and update employee records (HRIS & 201 files)
- Conduct HR orientation for new hires
- Payroll Administration
- Manage timekeeping and ensure payroll accuracy
- Coordinate with outsourced payroll vendor
- Handle payroll communications, inquiries, and reporting
- Maintain payroll calendar and ensure BCP readiness
- Leave Management
- Monitor and update leave credits and balances
- Maintain leave records and generate reports
- Special Payroll & Taxation
- Process 13th month pay and leave conversions
- Support tax annualization and BIR 2316 requirements
- Coordinate bonus payouts with payroll vendor
- Benefits Administration
- Manage HMO and life insurance enrollment, renewal, and concerns
- Coordinate annual physical exams and health compliance
- Administer employee benefits (e.g., reimbursements, wellness programs)
- Government Compliance
- Ensure compliance with DOLE, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
- Process statutory benefits (loans, maternity, sickness, etc.)
- Handle reporting, documentation, and agency coordination
- Policy Governance
- Review and update HR policies aligned with regulations and corporate standards
- Ensure consistent implementation across the organization
- Employee Relations
- Support disciplinary processes in line with due process
- Maintain proper documentation of cases and resolutions
- Offboarding
- Manage resignation and termination documentation
- Oversee clearance and final pay coordination
- Facilitate quit claim processing
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 5–8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to payroll, timekeeping, and benefits
- Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory compliance
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
