The Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist provides operational and transactional support across recruitment, employee relations, training and development and HR programs to ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR services.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 A.  Recruitment & Staffing

Process manpower requisitions and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Source candidates through various recruitment channels
  • Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews
  • Assist in background checks, job offers, and onboarding logistics
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation (rank-and-file to supervisory)
 B.  Employee Relations
  • Assist in documentation and monitoring of disciplinary cases
  • Coordinate administrative requirements for investigations
  • Prepare HR documents (NTE, notices, etc.)
  • Support exit process (clearance, exit interviews for non-managerial roles)
 C.  HR Operations & Administration
  • Maintain and update 201 files and HR records
  • Process personnel action documents and movements
  • Assist in preparation of HR reports and presentations
 D.  Employee Engagement Support
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
  • Coordinate logistics with vendors and internal stakeholders
 E.  Training & Development Support
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of training and development programs
  • Coordinate training schedules, venue logistics, and participant communications
  • Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation summaries
  • Assist in the preparation of training materials, presentations, and reports
  • Support employee onboarding and learning-related activities
 F.  General Support
  • Provide day-to-day HR assistance to employees
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Others:

College graduate, preferably with a course of AB/BS Psychology or other business, management related courses

At least 3-5 years; preferably holding a similar function in the Power Industry

Average computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power point)

Possesses good verbal and written communication skills

Flexibility in handling a diverse set of clients
