HR Specialist

Job Summary

The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting various human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, records administration, and HR compliance. The role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to employee engagement and organizational development.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Prepare employment contracts, memorandums, and other HR documents
• Assist in employee relations concerns and disciplinary procedures
• Monitor attendance, leave requests, and employee movements
• Coordinate training, orientation, and employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures
• Support performance evaluation and regularization processes
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as required

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1–3 years of HR experience is preferred
• Knowledge of recruitment and labor law practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
