HR SPECIALIST - BGC Taguig - Direct Hiring

Job Overview:

We are looking for an HR Specialist who is passionate about people and organizational growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in employee relations, performance management, and ensuring that our HR policies align with our mission of fostering a healthy and vibrant workplace.

Reports directly to the HR Manager, handling key responsibilities & trusted assignments

Key responsibilities & trusted assignments, including functions that support leadership and supervisory aspects as needed.

JOB SCOPE:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, and documentation.
  • Ensure that all employee documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Analyze job descriptions, evaluations, and classifications.
  • Update and implement compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Actively involved in conceptualizing retention schemes, events, and other HR initiatives.
  • Implement and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide Guidance to employees and supervisors/managers on HR policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Process disciplinary actions such as releasing of NTE’s, NOD’s, Return to work notices & other similar documents.
  • Gathers data to be used for Investigations of the case.
  • Coordinates with other departments for documents/information needed by the legal counsel and / or 3rd party consultant.
  • Collaborates with the legal counsel and 3rd party consultants for best practices and strategies in case analysis and mediation procedures.
  • Conducts admin hearings for internal cases.
  • Attends mediation procedures and/or hearings on both labor and criminal cases.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary action in collaboration with Legal Counsel
  • Assist with other various HR responsibilities.
  • Monitor the Performance Evaluation of all employees.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
  • With a total years at least 2 to 5 years, solid experience in Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits & Employee Relations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized and excellent time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
  • Can start ASAP.
