About the role
A Taberna Foods Inc is seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our overall HR strategy and delivering exceptional HR services to our growing organization.
What you'll be doing- Handling a range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations and performance management
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring HR data compliance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related issues
- Continuously improving HR processes and systems to enhance the employee experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of HR Generalist experience
- Strong Knowledge of Philippine labor laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Time management and multitasking
- Able to handle end-to-end HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, and records management.
