HR Generalist

The HR Generalist is responsible for managing and supporting a wide range of human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement. This role ensures that HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
Job Description- Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes and scheduling interview.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employees on HR policies procedures internal and operations policy.
- Serve as point contact for employees concerns and HR related inquiries.
- Promote positive employee relations and workplace culture
- Monitor performance management and employee development programs.
- Investigate employee complaints and guide conflict resolution.
- Support or lead labor negotiations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval, and initiating HR activities- consistency.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and employee handbook
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Ensure compliance with labor laws
- Brain storming with the HR Supervisor on how to improve policies and procedure, and employee engagement activities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Psychology, and other related courses
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with expertise in HR functions such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Labor & Relations, Employee Engagement.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships with department heads and employees at all levels.
- High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and trustworthy in terms of confidential information
- High level of maturity with less supervision
- Must be willing to work in Libis, Bagumbayn, Quezon City
- Can start immediately
