Role Overview
The HR Generalist supports the day-to-day execution of core Human Resources functions, including employee relations, performance management, HR administration, policy compliance, and compensation and benefits. This role partners with employees and leaders to ensure a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and HR-related requests
- Support employee relations by assisting with conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning
- Maintain accurate HRIS records, employee files, contracts, and other HR documentation
- Process employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal HR procedures
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and programs
- Coordinate benefits administration and support payroll-related employee transactions
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation for business and audit requirements
- Partner with managers to provide HR guidance and support day-to-day people matters
- Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
- Working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices
- Experience handling employee relations, HR administration, and performance management
- Familiarity with HRIS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite and support business operations as needed
