JOB DESCRIPTION:** Provide executive-level administrative support, including scheduling meeting, travel arrangements and handling communications.
** Assist with document management including contracts, licensing paperwork, compliance documents and internal policies.
** Liaise with international departments such as Customer Support, Marketing, Legal and Tech Teams to ensure timely communication and execution of task.
Qualifications/Requirements
** Fluency in Mandarin and English both in written and verbal for communication.** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and collaboration tools.
** High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
