About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at the Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) - Government as a full-time Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the organisation, contributing to its smooth and efficient operations.
What you'll be doing- Providing administrative and secretarial support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and other matters for the Commission on Audit office located at CITEM
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Assisting with the coordination of events and functions
- Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the team with any other general administrative duties as required
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner
- Proficiency in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- A proactive and flexible approach, with a willingness to support the team as needed
