We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team at Bureau Veritas S.A. in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth within the Renewable Energy industry.This role is ideal for highly driven, target‑oriented individuals with a strong hunger to succeed in sales and make a meaningful impact in a fast‑growing sector.
What you'll be doing- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Renewables industry
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including clients, partners, and decision-makers
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s business development strategies
- Provide regular updates, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports to management
- Actively drive sales targets with a hunger for winning new business and expanding market presence
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the Renewables industry
- Demonstrated success in identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities
- Ambitious, competitive, and highly motivated — with a strong hunger to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in renewable energy
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
