- a. Lead and oversee the sales operations of affiliated dealers, distributors or agencies to ensure national sales targets are consistently met or
- exceeded.
- b. Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic plans to expand print product distribution.
- c. Provide strategic direction and leadership to Business Development Officers and Distributors, Third Party Agents and Institutions.
- a. Conduct territory assessments and develop strategies to optimize distribution coverage and maximize reach.
- b. Oversee the expansion and improvement of newspaper distribution networks.
- a. Design, implement, and monitor sales incentive programs, contests, and promotions to drive sales growth and market share.
- b. Evaluate program performance and make strategic adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
- a. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute localized marketing initiatives that support distribution objectives.
- b. Oversee the planning and execution of in-store promotions, events, and partnerships to enhance product visibility.
- a. Identify, recruit, and establish strong relationships with top-performing local and regional distributors, third party agents and institutions.
- b. Mentor and support distributor and third party agent partners to develop their networks and achieve shared business goals.
- a. Monitor product pricing to ensure alignment with company pricing structures and market competitiveness.
- b. Lead the management of product returns, ensuring adherence to policies and minimizing product waste.
