RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree in Psychology or any related course.
  • With experience in fast-paced Recruitment or mass hiring.
  • With experienced in a recruitment agency is an advantage.
  • Thorough knowledge of the hiring process, including screening, interviewing, assessments, and onboarding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Willing to go on-field
  • Willing to work or relocate in Makati City.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source, assesses/screen candidates that qualifies the job openings
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidate for relevant knowledge, skills, experiences and aptitudes
  • Schedule candidates for final interview
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Responsible in promoting company’s reputation as best place to work
  • Responsible in attending job fair, online portal job posting and requesting list of graduates in different schools (ex; TESDA, K12, FOUNDATION, PESO)
  • Responsible in preparing recruitment material such as tarpaulin, flyers, posters and etc.
  • Responsible in updating the selected applicants for the status of requirements and medical
  • Responsible in checking of all pre-employment requirements including documents needed for client interview
  • Responsible for the orientation of product and company policies
  • Responsible for contract signing and forms needed for employment such as information sheet and etc.
